Terms and Conditions

The legal framework for the use of our geospatial services.

These contractual provisions govern the use of this web portal hartilidar.eu and the delegation of topographic engineering work (DTM, LiDAR laser scanning processing). Your interaction and prospective orders certify that you have fully read and accepted the following terms of service.

1. Nature of Services

Any file exported by us derives from an effort of filtering, cloud computational processing, and G.I.S. cartographic interpretation. The invoiced value corresponds to this technical know-how and the computational hours invested.

2. Attribution, Licenses, and Ownership

The originating LiDAR sources (specific to the Romanian territory) are institutional property and are governed by Open Data mandates:

  • Cataloged by the Romanian ANCPI (LAKI II project), published under License OGL-ROU-1.0.
  • Our commercial matrix obeys these directives without retaining ownership of the primary points. We grant usage rights over the final vectorized computer file (the plan the client downloads).
  • You are protected to use these DXF/TIFF traces in constructions, tenders, or expert archaeological studies without requiring additional licenses.

3. Contracting and Delivery Policy

Direct client-technician communication is established prior to the validation of complex orders. We stipulate Estimated Times of Arrival (ETA) based on the Terabyte volume of the required LiDAR section. For prefabricated files (digital stock), confidential automatic download hyperlinks are issued upon ratification of electronic payment on the portal.

4. Limitation of Geodetic Liability

Although LiDAR meshes possess high resolution and we filter them to discern strict Bare Earth, this aerial mapping does not in any case suppose the legal imperative of conducting classic surveys using GPS/RTK equipment in situ. We act exclusively as a guiding and preliminary input. The project designer fully assumes all risks associated with the translation of our Digital Modeling to the material civil work.

5. Sovereign Modifications

The governing consortium of Harti Lidar Romania holds the inherent capacity to reform these user statutes unilaterally if legislative times demand it. The clauses in force are those publicly exposed in the timeframe of your contracting.
